Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms offered a nice view of the ocean and were always cleaned before lunch, which was a great touch. The three large swimming pools with different water temperatures and the spa center were amazing. On the downside, the cost of 35 euros for the day at the shops was a bit steep.
The hotel is well-located, right above the shopping area and a short walk to the beachfront, offering a pleasant environment. The rooms are in need of an update but maintained clean. The service from friendly staff stands out, with some minor exceptions. The dining experience is satisfactory with local cuisine options available. Facilities meet basic needs with room for improvement in certain areas.
The hotel is situated right at the bottom in block 9, which can involve a bit of walking up steep hills but calling the onsite buggy is an option. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds and the ensuite works well, although the mattress cover may not suit everyone's taste. The staff, from receptionists to cleaners, are friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, just above a stunning beach and a short walk to the charming beach town of Morro Jable. Overall, the hotel provides a great value for money experience.
